With 19 years of experience, Caoimhe's specialisation is at the nexus of technology, people and performance. Driving executional success for multinational corporations, Caoimhe's roles have included Head of Global IT Support in an organisation of 27,000 people, leading a team of 150, and managing a $20 million budget, as well as spearheading organisational design programs for 400 global staff, from competency development to job functionality. Delivering organisational solutions to enable multiple disparate entities to become a united regionally-focused globally-scaled organisation is one of Caoimhe's strengths.
She has extensive experience and knowledge of the AEC industry (14 years) servicing multiple verticals. Blending her expertise as a Design Thinking and Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, she has deep experience designing, leading and facilitating workshops enabling complex digital transformation, solutions development, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic visioning.
Caoimhe O’Kelly Beil is a graduate of the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Technology, IT and Telecommunications, a graduate of the altMBA by Seth Godin in 2020, has a Masters Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University, and is ITIL V3 certified. She lives in Philadelphia, close enough to the snowboarding slopes in winter and beaches in summer, with her husband and two children.
