Developed during 13 years experience in demanding roles in the not-for-profit sector, Naoise brings deep practical expertise in delivering strategy and initiatives. Past positions include Senior Manager with responsibility for leaders and 200 frontline staff supporting 250 service users. In this role, Naoise also sat on the executive committee, tasked with overseeing the quality service provision of the largest disability providers in Ireland.
With a key focus on the involvement and integration of all key stakeholders, Naoise's experience extends to group facilitation, workshop coordination, mentoring, professional supervision and extensive human resource management, including building positive relationships with trade unions.
Naoise O’Kelly Hughes is a Predictive Advantage Associate, specialising in talent optimisation for recruitment, career development and retention. Naoise holds an MBA from the Technical University of Dublin where she explored employee engagement as a key focus area. She also has a post-graduate Certificate in Behaviour Support, a post-graduate Diploma in Social Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Care. Naoise lives in the South East of Ireland with her husband and four young daughters.
