Senior Consultant

Nicola Colleran has 20 years experience in strategy, innovation, and business transformation with national and international clients across myriad industries in the private, public, voluntary and not-for-profit sectors. She works with organisations that want to bring clarity to their strategic thinking, planning and implementation in a way that builds enthusiasm and collaboration. She facilitates groups of up to 200 people and uses Appreciative Inquiry as a way of unearthing ineffective processes embedded in an organisation's workflow, and provides solutions.

Nicola has worked with Paul O’Kelly on global projects for 10 years, first as a client and member of the leadership team at an Activision Blizzard company, DemonWare. Nicola’s previous experience includes working as an EY Advisor in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US, as well as a Director of RSM Ireland’s Management Consultancy department. She spent two years as a lecturer at Dublin City University’s Business School and is a founding member of an all-Irish Secondary school.

Nicola holds a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from University College Cork, has completed a Senior Executive Programme at the Irish Management Institute, has a Diploma in Managing IT for Business Value from NUI Maynooth, a Diploma in Applied Project Management from the University College Cork, a Master of Business Studies from University College Dublin, and a B.A.(Mod.) Computer Science, Linguistics & Irish from Trinity College Dublin. Most recently she completed the Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching at University College Dublin. When she is not on an adventure with her husband and family, they reside in Dublin.
